1 Introduction

3 Account Security

3.2 Unauthorised Access

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

6 Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljl23 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.

• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime through the Platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jljl23 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of jljl23 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jljl23 Platform without the express prior written consent of jljl23.

9 Privacy & Data

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jljl23 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer failure, even if jljl23 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jljl23's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to jljl23 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jljl23 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party payment provider failures, or events beyond jljl23's reasonable control (force majeure).

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jljl23 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12.2 Termination by jljl23

jljl23 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jljl23 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where account closure is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. In cases of proven fraud or money laundering, jljl23 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any account balances pending investigation and regulatory reporting.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jljl23 is committed to operating in alignment with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the regulatory standards set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

14 Amendments

jljl23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jljl23 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the jljl23 Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of any disputed transaction or event shall apply to that dispute.
